CIRCULAR

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING B.PHARM , D.PHARM & PHARM.D.

COURSES (ONLY REGULAR) (SUMMER- 2020)

Reference: GTU Circular Ref. No: GTU/Exam/Summer/2020/3749 dated: 27-05-2020

With reference to the above circular, All the B.Pharm, D.Pharm & Pharm.D. institute’s Principals are
hereby informed to follow the below schedule strictly to enter and lock the MID (M), Internal (I) & Viva
(V) component marks for Summer -2020 Examination.

2 B.Pharm Sem- 2,4,6 (Regular) 29-05-2020 to 05-06-2020

4 Pharm.D. Year -1 2,3, & 4 (Regular)

Institutes are informed to submit MID (M), Internal (I) & Viva (V) marks through below mentioned link,

It is mandatory to fill the marks of MID (M) and Viva (V) components for Summer -2020 Examination.

For I-Component Practical Examination, if it is already conducted by Institutes then the marks obtained by
the students will be submitted by Institutes into the mark entry portal. If I-Component Practical
Examination is not conducted at Institute level then Merit based Progression will be implemented. So for
such students, Institute has to enter 'MP' into the mark entry portal.

For entry of External Practical/Viva Examination (V-Component), as per the above mentioned GTU
circular External Practical/Viva Examination of UG/Diploma courses will be conducted by institute’s
endorsed faculty and that marks should also be submitted by institute’s endorsed faculty through above
mentioned link only. Remuneration will be paid only to Internal Examiner for conducting examination of
 GUJARAT TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

external practical /viva(V) Component only as per GTU norms. Further institute has to submit the hardcopy
of External Practical/Viva (V) Marksheet and remuneration bill in sealed envelope to the University.

Students should not be called at Institute for evaluation of any of the component. Use of various online
tools should be carried out by the faculties/institutes for the same.

Kindly note that entry of marks should be completed in above mentioned duration. For any query regarding

*Schedule for online marks entry for other semesters of B.Pharm, D.Pharm & M.pharm will be declared
after 05-06-2020.
