SURVEY GUIDE
This guide is for answering/accomplishing the online survey forms.

For this survey round, a total of seventy (70) TESDA Circulars shall be covered that were released from November 2019 – March 2020. The survey is
divided into two (2) parts to minimized errors and lagging issues due to slow or intermittent internet connection.

Note:
It is advisable to use GOOGLE CHROME or MOZILLA FIREFOX internet web browsers in answering the survey.

form.

Click on the submit button to send accomplished survey form.

fields and questions has been accomplished.

This ERROR MESSAGE will appear if the system detected there are
fields that are left unanswered. These fields/questions are marked
in red.
