calenders and different other printing according to our law approach.

Differrent types of production machines for printing is available in the market,we will use latest
machinery Roland machine to start our business,it’s easy and have low labour cost and more
frequently do work fast and durable.

We will hire an expert in color matching , able to operate the machine right from the beginning.
Must be able to solve the operator level maintenance problems. He must be a master in his role
and can take the resposibility of quality control for printing section also.

In our printing section we need a major roland machine for our basic purpose also have with
computers to design the everything and for managing the operations.there will be different sizes
of our machine about larger size of printing will be 23*36 and its cost of machine is differrent to
it’s specifications,there are basically 3 main colours needed to put into machine to give colour of
your specific need or what you are going to print,these 3 different colours further shows or
express different colors on our required print product,there is used a butter paper with the
machine for a basic pattern of what you are going to print and different printing plates are used
for giving different colours on each printing plate to what you are going to print,and how many
colours are including in printing.

There we use different dies to give shape of what we are printing,different type of dies used for
different shaping and for differernt designs.

Resources Requiement:

We will have to use different types of paper material for our different printing products
requirements,we will purchase different paper material for our requirements from Lahore at
wholesale rate and differrent ink colours also.
