ACTIVITY 1: STORY-TELLING

NAME: HAINA DINOL

Pak Hitam was sitting outside his wooden house, he was sharpened his
dull and rusty knife. He was plan for a hunt to a nearest forest located quite far
from West his home. He needed to start his journey early. Last night, it was rain
heavily so he worried to use his old, out-dated car skidded on this slippery road
and of course with frictionless tyres.

When the sun shine brightly from the East, he started to walk straight to
Broga Hill. This Broga Hill was known for the thick fog surrounding it,
especially after a heavy downfall. As always, he knew that the hill was the best
place to hunt deer.

By the time he was already reach up to the hill, it was already pass noon.
There was no sign of any animals along the way, let alone the furry little
squirrels or the naughtiest monkeys. Suddenly, he heard the thunder roared and
the dark clouds covering the sky. He went panicked. Then, he immediately
made his turn back and walked down the hill.

He suddenly lost his grip and he fall down the hill. He broke his leg. He
went out of his luck when he suddenly realised a carnivorous bear was ready to
make its move and want to scratch his whole body. He took out his sharp knife
and he managed to hurt the bear. The bear disappeared into a thick bush.

Pak Hitam was determined to go back and seek for help. He struggled to
walk out the forest before the situation gets any worse or lost in the dark. He
does not brought any food. He was poorly in so much pain. He almost lost all
his senses. But he was so determined that even if he only had 40% chances to
survive, but he plan not to give up yet.

His steps became slower and slower, he was stagger and his body lost
almost all his energy. His vision became blurry slowly. That was when he heard
some noises not far from his place. Thank God, it turned out to be the rescue
team that had been called by his son who was so worried for his safety. They
immediately brought him to the nearest hospital. With proper care from the
doctor and medicine, he soon got better.
