Digital Learning Modality

It is the goal of the Schools Division of Negros Occidental to ensure that education will
continue even in times of disruptions by improving practices for a “better normal” teaching
and learning delivery in the context of the schools’ and communities’ settings. According to
Professor Felisa Yeban, “we should not just strive for a New Normal but for a Better
Normal where education is seamless and disruptive-free”. It seems so far-fetched but
that’s the reason why we are learning, relearning, upskilling, and reskilling together.
Your session on Development of Offline Instructional Materials have widened your grasp
on the WHATs, HOWs, and WHYs of remote learning modalities necessitated by the new
normal.
