unsealed alcohol bottle in your possession during working hours at the
Brandix – Rathmalana on 2nd January 2020.
We would like to remind you that this behavior is strictly prohibited
and goes against the company's policies and code of conduct. Please
refrain from drinking alcohol at the working hours immediately.
Consider this an official warning letter.

Please note that this kind of behavior affects not only your work it
affects the entire process you are involved in.

Therefore, I am severely warning you to be more careful on your

behavior. Then only management can rely on you. If you do not follow
this requirement, then you will become an unproductive and inefficient
Manager.
You are suspended without pay for the dates of 3 rd January 2020 through
10th January 2020.You will report back to work on 11th January 2020.
