It has been observed by the management that you do not perform your duty properly and
not follow up the rotation of Ceylinco Security officers according to the agreed time
table. Because of your negligence at duty, will create an unsatisfactory relationship with
the outsourcing company. This type of act will create bad name for our company. This is
an unbecoming act to a person like you who is holding a responsible and very important
position in the factory.
Therefore, I am warning you to do your work accurately and on time to avoid this kind of
delay. Then only management can rely on you. This type of things should not happen in
future. Therefore, I am severely warning you to be more careful in your work.
