Attn: Prayas Dugar Sir, Most respectfully I am stating you that yesterday I faced such an irritating situation by some staffs of our organization, after that I go t irritated and I stating you if this type of incident continues further I would have to look for some other job in future. In the office after Sailendra Jee (Sailendra Sharma) left the job in the last year I took over the charge of stock of your company and also the sales register i.e. maintained by Tally ERP9 or Gold. For some last few days I was asked about the presence of staffs and their dress cote at the office by the new lady who joined newly at the duty in our office. I gave her all the details as far it was in my knowledge. Though this was not liked by every staffs of our Accounts Department. In spite of their disliking I deliver the proper inform ation to them. Yesterday, I was asked suddenly asked about one of us that had he was his proper dress code two or three days earlier? I answere d her that I have forgotten all about that. It doesnt falls within my duty to keep in mind either that is in dress code or not. The pressu re of work at the company is so much that it is not possible for me to keep in mind such silly matters. I answered her with proper res pect. But later, I was charged in such a manner that I am liable to answer as an informer for the shake of the company. This will incr ease a distance between other staffs with me. The camera system shows the details from time to time. I think there is no need of ha rassment to the staffs of Accounts Dept. further. Some of the staffs who issue bills to the customer are not willing to obey the order of stamping regarding the mode of collection from customers. As a result the staffs of the accounts department especially me is harassed by filthy language from them. If this continu es, the total system of accounts will fail in a short period.
