    Dear sir,

    I am savan, its been months since i sent a joint declaration for the following
    issue

    The main issue

    we have to somehow manage to change my name in my epf account member id detrails


    from savan anvekar to savan gurudas anvekar

    Appart from sending the joint declaration..

    we have already tried the folowing possibilities

    firstly by requesting current employer to merge it and my previous employer will


    provide if any approval required from their end.

    They tried... again and again...

    And secondly we try doing a online transfer by logging to EPFO Portal from Member
    ID GAGOA00119950000000623(this is my ODL Member ID) to my current UAN/Member ID.

    This does not work as well..

    This Epf blunder has been taking shape of a full time job now... and with absolute
    zero support from the epf department, i have lost all hopes...

    i think its better to write off my pf now, than to be penny wise pound foolish..

    This is my last request to the epf deparment.. before i writeoff
