will receive an email with URL of your control room and your credentials so let me
write it down step 3 will be receive email with URL and credentials and once you
receive the email with URL and credentials you are good to start with automation

you need to perform before working with automation anywhere 2019 now we are good to
create Boss over here but before moving to bot creation let's look into the
differences what we have observed as of now between automationanywhere 2019 and a
11 differences between a 2019 and 11 version of automation anywhere is related to
their delivery model for a 2019 the delivery model is cloud and for a 11 the
delivery model is on to myself so I will show you what I mean if you recall how we
do the bot creation in a 11 let me show you to this is the 11 automation anywhere
client which we have installed in a system for both creation which we have already
seen in a previous questions we use this clients to create a boss but if we talk
about a 2019 version we don't need to install any client in a system we can create
both in the control room only we have the option over here if you move over here in

2019 version we will create pots in the control room only we don't need to install
in client in our system as we did in automation anywhere A11 version this is a very
different in both the versions and the next difference between these two versions
is there is no concept of meta bots in a 2019 version and we know we have worked
with meta bots in al11 version so this is again a very major difference let me show
you the meta bots in a 11 so in 11 we have worked with matter boss this was the
matter was where we have created several motherboards for project work but if we
talk about a 2019 version if we move over here there is no concept of methods

hi guys welcome back to the session today we are going to create first bot in
automation anywhere a 2019 and we are going to explore the new features of the same
so let's get started the first of all its login to the control room of automation
anywhere 2019 provide user name password and click on login button Some details so
and other option to create a bot is let's cancel this one we can move to whats my w
and here we have another option to create a bot select click on create a bot and
here we need to provide details such as name of the bot let's give the name as its
give the name as demo bot and the bot will be stored in this location in this
folder and let's keep the description as this is a demo and its click on create and
edit of the page where we are going to create a bot in the left hand side you can
see a list of actions available which we will use to create the bot this is the bot
designer section and this is a section where we can run debug or analyse and got so
let's get started by looking into the list of actions list of commands for what we
have in the automation anywhere 2019 so one very important things to notice over
here is that automation anywhere 2019 has added a search feature we can search for
any action in the search box let's say that we wish to search message box actions
will take over here and will type message box so you can see we got the message box
here but in a previous version with
we we in 8 to draw

so so we and in the right hand side we can add the required information for this
action so first we have is the inter message box window title so the window title
will be automation anywhere enterprise client you can change this one if required
next option is in turn the message to display list so let's say that we wish to

we can click on capture object from here so once you click on capture object we
will be able to capture the objects we can assign the output to variable to this
capture command will be used instead of object cloning command of a 11 so we will
continue to explore these commands in the coming sessions let's remove this capture
command as of now to remove you need to click on this three dots and click on
delete action so this command has been removed and we have created our task for
today we have added a message box and let's quickly run this task to see how it
works so let's click on Run and it says deploying to your computer pre processing
and is download in the dependencies now so while running the task it 2019 version
download certain dependencies which are required in this task here you can see the
task name is displayed the line and the action which is getting executed it was
played over here and this is the message box which got displayed and we had added
the message this is our first demo that's why this message got displayed as this so
let's close this one and now it says your bot has Run successfully so let's click

new features we explore today so in the previous version we have learnt that a 2019
has delivery model as cloud and in a 11 we have delivery model as on to myself that
is no conflict of meta bots in a 2019 but there are meta bots in a 11 and all the
meta bots are not present in a 2019 but it has added dll as a command under actions
which we had used under meta bots in 11 and we have seen that there is a search
commands teacher in a 2019 which were not present in a 11 and the task in a 2019 is
displayed as floor list or dual And The task was displayed as set of commands in a
11 and if we talk about variable type so a 2019 has added more variable type that a
string number bullion which were not present in a 11 in 11 we have few variable
types such as value list array and random and there are many new commands which a
2019 has added se related to Google office 365 extra and there are different IQ bot
commands as well to upload and download and in 11 there were only single IQ bot
commands present and we have a capture command instead of object cloning command in
a 2019 and in a 11 we have object running command present and if we talk about the

Store is not present in a 2019 as of now it says it's coming soon and a 11 has the

and that provide the password as well so test at 1234 and again confirm password

variable of type file where the file path will be stored so this is a new variable
