it depends , you can make your layout and send to me. but this is not free
I just need the format and what information you want to see then I will submit that
to our SOftware dev. office
to check the possibility. then if its possible, they will tell us how much it will

yes, the information. the report is using formula. the formula is based on the
information inside the PLM
so basically, it can pull those information..one limitation is an information that
is not present in the PLM
but a default information, like a LOGO, is exempted from this formula. but again,
the logo must be inside the PC>

if we only want to change the logo of our company, we should submit it to you or we
can just change it in the PLM ?

yes ,you need to submit to us. this is size limits

actually, there are several changes that we want to make. we thought that it was
part of the service

the standard supply is the reports that you can see now. any changes to the
report has cost..Theoretically... So this is the reason why you must submit
the format you want to see in yoru report so that they (our sofware dev)
can check the possibilities. Posibilities means possible and maybe will really
incur cost or possible to get it free. so, depending on what changes

yes, its possible

fist thingn you need to do is understand the cutting unit (machine) that
you will use when you make a real cut on those pieces...
Example.. you will make holes only in FICEP machine, then you bring outside to
cut using what...saw? or..?

for exmaple, we have material with 6000mm in length. we don't do any cutting, we
just want to make holes in the piece. So there is no further process after the
punching in the FICEP is done

this process is called piece cut to length.. you dont need to make nesting

nothing to do in PLM, you have the piece, then send it to share as pieces (without
passing through nesting)

Then ,the operator will just select the piece in the piece list, and execute the
program.. No nesting

it means, your material length is exactly the same as the piece lenght in the PLM.
let say these material was already cut somewhere before sending to your FICEP
machine.

the machine will follow the programmed holes. the machine will not execute any
shearing operaion because there is no nesting
again, this is a piece cut to length operation...it is different from the idea of
having holes only but several pieces inside the bar and cut these pieces outside by
another machine

so, is your material already cut into real length or you still need some cleaning
(The front and end) after this ponching operations? - this will fall to nesting if
you still need to cut or clean the leading and tail edges after punching

it is in real length and doesn't need further process after the punching. If we
don't do the nesting, then the Nc.1 file goes straight to the machine?

I just select the piece and export.. then it will generate a cam file ($
$1_006.CAM). this program will imported by operator and execute to the machine
without any nesting in the machine.

if you dont make a nesting and just execute the piece, there will be no shearing
operations... only the punching
