    Respected Sir/ Madam I want to inform you that your company charged late fees from me because of their own fault in system and it is happening continuously. I was charged with Rs. 145/- as late fees for the bill which was not delivered to me, for that I talked to the person who collects the bill and he said deposit the bill excluding the late fees and for late fee he will put a waiver and so I paid the bill of that month. But in the next bill I got that late fees attached, so I again did not deposited the bill for this month. If you dont have any solution for that then you can disconnect our services and refund our security money.
