    Dear Mr. Armada:
    Following our conversation last week, I would like to put in writing my request to
    restructure my existing loan with Equicom Savings Bank. My loan amortization started
    last August 2013 and I pay Php: 40,300.00 every month. I will not be able to continue
    paying this amount because I have moved to a consulting role after I got sick from doing
    night shift work. As a Consultant, I will be paid at a lower monthly salary and on a
    commission-based compensation. Because of this move I will not be capable to
    produce the Php: 40,300.00 amount anymore.
    As mentioned over phone, I can only pay around Php: 20,000.00 per month. We have
    agreed to extend my loan another 48 months and I will pay Php: 20,600.00 every
    month. I am hoping to have this effective on March 10, 2015 if possible.
