Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep concern and


disappointment with the behaviour of one of your employees at your
branch located at Bazar Branch, Tenali, Guntur District On
11.10.2023, I visited the branch to carry out a transaction.
However, the employee who attended to me, Pathloth Hema Nayak, Clerk
displayed a completely unprofessional and rude attitude towards me.

Throughout the transaction, the employee appeared


disinterested in my queries and made no effort to provide me with
clear information. When I requested clarification on certain
matters, the employee responded in a condescending tone, making me
feel small and inadequate. The employee even went as far as to raise
their voice at me when I attempted to make a complaint about their
behavior.

As a customer of your bank for several years, I expect


to be treated with respect and courtesy by your employees. The
behavior of Pathloth Hema Nayak was unacceptable and has left me
feeling disrespected and undervalued. I believe that this type of
behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your
organization.

I would like to request that appropriate disciplinary


action be taken against Pathloth Hema Nayak and that measures be put
in place to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future.
I also expect an apology from Pathloth Hema Nayak for their
unprofessional behaviour towards me.
