Mr. Robinson,

Through this I am writing to you so that you are aware of the situation experienced 2 weeks ago, and of
course to let you know that
I really appreciate your time in these bad circumstances that I am going through.
At this time I want to be very honest with you so that you can know the actions behaviors that Mr.
Martinez had; Approximately two weeks ago, Mr. Martínez asked me for some work plans and before the
date that had been established as a limit at the beginning, he asked me for them, claiming that they
should already be finished and that I knew that they were very important to give continuity to the
construction of the client's apartment, of course I had already been working on them, however, they were
not finished yet and that was what I told you, obviously, always correctly, showing due respect, quite the
opposite of the position that he showed since the way he spoke to me was very horrible, also he began
to insult me and tell me that I was a good-for-nothing, all this through shouting and he was so upset that
he just moved around the office, and each time he got closer to me, he even raised his hand to me,
however he stopped very close to my face, I was in shock and could not believe what was happening
since the way in which Mr. Martínez behaved it was very shocking and scary for me. I had never been in
a similar situation before, there were even new workers near the office and they could hear and even
observe what was happening but none of them spoke out of fear.
And I want to make some points of it.
I feel disrespected when my ideas are dismissed without any consideration. It makes me question my
abilities and undermines my confidence.
I find it challenging to work in a chaotic environment where there is no clear direction or organization. It
affects my productivity and adds unnecessary stress to my workday.
I value open communication and transparency, and I feel frustrated when information is withheld or
misrepresented. It creates mistrust and makes it difficult for me to collaborate effectively.
The problem has already been discussed between Mr. Martinez and his servant Gabriela, but
unfortunately he refuses to accept what happened saying that I am exaggerating the situation. So I want
to ask you to please look for how to correct this behavior as soon as possible.
I would very much like you to speak with the human resources department to reach a joint solution, since
since said incident occurred I have not felt comfortable working with Mr. Martinez, also, they cannot
continue allowing the company to give more cases of aggression and/or intimidation as it happened to
me, I am a person who has always carried out his position very well, I have fulfilled the objectives that
are requested of me, I always do my best to finish the job as soon as possible, before, besides that I
always act in the appropriate way with all my companions.
Since I believe that we all deserve to work in an environment of tranquility and peace, if the problem of
aggression continues on the part of Mr. Martínez, I will see myself in the need to demand these actions,
not with you but with the police, this already in the If you do not take the necessary measures.
Thank you for thinking of me and being able to help me in this case since this situation is very
unpleasant, I also feel that this situation should not happen to any of my coworkers and therefore I ask
that they take action. I hope I can meet with you these days to talk about it if you have any.
