Greetings of the day!!

This is regarding the meeting we had yesterday at IEHPL head office discussing about the issues I am
facing at Pune Social outlets. But I think the meeting happened with a set agenda, where everything was
already decided one sided and decision was already made to put me out and save your favourite people
who are actually creating issues.

Why I am saying this is because, I had shared with you the screenshot of what’s app chat’s where Dean
D'souza is apologizing for his mistake of using bad words and wrongly putting up issues against me. I also
shared a screenshot of a mail sent to me by one of the cous chef who had recently left the job for
reasons as stated in his mail to you. Besides this I have mail print outs of earlier employees who faced
similar situation and begged for help but the management never provided help and supported people
who were actually creating issue.

I am mentioning this here because, yesterday you and Mr. Pandey have asked me to resign. I don’t find
any reason to resign, rather you should terminate me if you guys found that I am at fault. But the thing
is you will never found a fault in my work, instead you will find that all what I did in my tenure is in
favour of the company. My only fault was that I never allowed the abusive culture developed by your
favourite people to get heavy on me. I gave it back as it came to me. I have not surrendered as the
previous 14/15 employees had and left the job. I think the management wanted me to adopt to the
abusive, toxic work culture developed by those guys. Be part of the theft’s and unethical practices
developed and followed by those people at social Pune.

I am a professional who had worked with major brands with adopting to the brand standards,
supportive work culture, real team work and a culture where cooperation, coordination and credo had
real meaning to it. Mail sent by a Cous Chef and numbers of people left the organisation shows that the
problem is with the management at Social Pune, which the HO management is ignorant of.

I saw it coming so I kept proof of all the work I did in my tenure for the organisation. I have all the
printouts, screen shot’s, call recordings of all the important conversations I had in my tenure. I don’t
want to but the way things are brought up against me, I am thinking of taking it up legally. It must be
easy for you guy’s to play with employees sentiment. It has been a regular practice for the management.

I hope to get all my clearance in a proper and professional way.
