Work ethics is my main focus.

You can have a big company with massive funding and man power,
but without fine principals and attitudes, that company will tear itself apart. I have an experience
when one of my colleagues on an event suddenly gone missing and abandon his tasks, it becomes a
"snowball effect" which led to the event itself almost considered as failed. Thankfully his tasks could
be covered by another person, which made everything back to normal as planned.

One of the most meaningful project that I've done is when I was the head of supervisory board and
we were going to arrange the first general meeting of the organization. My team was kind of busy
working on an assignment and is hard to contact at the moment, so I was the only one left to handle
the meeting. I know that I couldn't handle the meeting all at once that time, so I tried to finish my
part and tried to contact my team members one by one, stating that they can do their assignments
while we're planning the meeting and I can help them with their assignment as long as they do their
job as a member of the supervisory board, that everything will be done on time if we did it together.
The general meeting went successful and that moment teach me about leadership and team works.

The improvement of communication among my team members, that as days gone by my team are
more likely to confirm whether they are able or not to attend our meeting, or if they are able or not
to do their jobs whether if it's because of their assignment or other things, and they are more likely
to discuss everything before taking a decision. It also improves their soft skill as they are more
innovative and motivated to do their jobs.

One thing that i would solve is the discipline and the loyalty of the employees. Loyalty and discipline
are important and must be instilled from the start the employee joins the company. Loyalty and
discipline can be instilled by means of training, seminars, and rewards so the employees will
motivated and encouraged to work more efficient and professional.

A company that provides maximum opportunities for the growth of the employees, with a
comfortable work environment and new challenges to evolve the growth of the employees.

The first thing I'm going to do is accept the suggestion, and then I will discuss it with my team. I will
encourage them to be more innovative and think out of the box to work more efficiently. I will also
think of another approach to my work to see if there's other more efficient options. I will also discuss
it with my senior in that job to see my work in a different perspective, and then I will choose the
most efficient way to do my work after I discuss it with my team.

Receiving job from AMBIZ will be my big first step that led into long term stable professional career.
