and desire. I regularly establish objectives for myself because I enjoy difficulties and need something to
work toward. I don't enjoy taking things easy, and I'm constantly seeking ways to improve and excel. I
am well-organized. To keep track of deadlines, I constantly make notes and employ a variety of tools.
To always be able to find what I need, I like to keep my workstation organized and clutter-free. I have
outstanding communication skills. I take great delight in ensuring that individuals have the correct
information since it leads to greater results.

What can you contribute to the department?

- I am aware that my overall responsibility is to manage the mutually beneficial relationship between the
organization and its staff in order to ensure that both parties succeed. This includes communicating
organizational needs, monitoring employee performance, offering guidance and support, identifying areas in
need of development, and communicating organizational needs.

I have been employed here for 36 years, and I am in line with our company's culture and vision. I was able to
broaden my skills as a senior cashier and support our division. I believe that in a supervisory position, I can use
my critical thinking abilities and speed of decision-making to contribute more effectively. I must be able to

A positive workplace culture results in important contributions to the company.

What’s something you did not like about your last job?
- I loved the people, the new projects and tasks I was given and the ability to learn and grow. One
challenge, though, was that timelines, deadlines, and parameters for key projects would change
constantly with no notice, so successful completion was more difficult than it could have been.

Why do you want this job?

- This organization's priorities for ethics, teamwork and effectiveness match my own. What's most
important to me is finding a place where individuals want to work together, as a true team. I see that
reflected here. The match of what you need with what I can do is clear, and the additional benefit of
having the same values and community interests lead me to want to be here more than anywhere else.

How do you deal conflict with a coworker?

- I take a collaborative approach to resolving conflict at work. When I have a disagreement with a co-
worker, I always pull the person aside and discuss the issue privately. I listen actively to make sure I
understand the other person’s point of view, and I work with the person to develop a solution together.
