Reaction Paper about the Human Behavior in Organization


TITLE

Based on the video that I watched, your attitude or your behavior is one of the factors that will
help you to improve your communication skills, especially with your workmates and also with
other people in your organization.But not just your communication skills, but also, it will help you
to do your work or job with ease in mind. This kind of topic really helps me right now in my
situation, because I was just hired last month to become an Adviser 1, Customer Service
Representative. Although, as of right now we are required to work at home for our safety, that
doesn’t mean that I no longer have communication with my co-workers. We still need to provide
some updates to our managers and supervisors and also to discuss with my workmates the
best way to provide a good service to our clients. All the factors that are mentioned in the video
gave me an idea on how to improve myself, and to give my very best to the company that hired
me. Just like Self-Talk, I always ask myself first before doing anything that I will regret it after.
That is important, because deciding properly and preparing yourself is one of the best ways to
become a good employee. Next is the Attitude, this is very important, because good dealings
with co-workers and bosses are the way to reduce work toxicity. Emotional Intelligence, do not
be offended by what they see on your appearance, instead use it as a motivation and show
them that you can keep up with their skills. Decision Making, Decisions can become complex
when they involve or affect other people, so it helps to create a constructive environment in
which to explore the situation and weigh up your options. Often, when you are responsible for
making a decision, you have to rely on others to implement it, so it pays to gain their support.
Motivation, employees need to be motivated to actualize their potential and there are several
ways of enabling them and empowering them to do so. Motivating yourself and your co-workers
is a good practice to improve your relationship as a co-worker. This is one of the things I always
do especially in the organizations I join like being a church choir. As a leader, conductor,
sometimes their organists, I motivate them to practice and listen to the right tones because it is
for the service of the Lord. And of course I complement their sacrifices and giving heart to their
singing. There’s much more needs to be learned about human behavior especially within the
organization. It's good to study it so that when the time comes that you become a professional,
you can use it when you start your career.
