P5 Task
In this section, I will reflect on the positive aspects of my work experience, as well as the
areas in which I can grow professionally and personally, and where I will implement changes
as a result of constructive criticism. In addition, I will discuss the areas in which I will grow
professionally and personally. During the course of my work experience placement, I was
able to acquire new skills and improve upon existing ones that are applicable to this role.
Because of my job, I've been able to acquire a significant amount of expertise in the field of
Accounting. Working with Cashier was useful for me in general since it gave me the
opportunity to extend my résumé. I believe that I have completed all of the Cashier-related
responsibilities to the best of my knowledge and ability. My internship at Abu Ali Trad &
Cont. Est & Green Oasis Business served as the foundation for my report, which I have built
on my experiences there. This section of the report is where I will discuss my strong points
(my strengths), as well as the areas in which I need improvement (my weaknesses), which
will be beneficial to my professional development.

THIS SECTION CONTAINS REVIEWS OF MY STRENGTHS.

Maintaining a positive outlook and eagerness to learn can get you far during an internship.
These skills were polished via my many interactions with managers at work, during which I
inquired about many aspects of the company and other topics of interest. Everything I've
learnt from my bosses, I've applied to the job, both to my employees and to our customers.
Since having a positive outlook is the key to making friends and influencing others.

For someone to be deemed flexible, they must be willing to attempt new things and acquire
new skills. During my internship, my coworkers and my supervisor gave me a broad range of
assignments. Given the variety of tasks I've been assigned throughout my internship, I've
found that these skills have been really useful.

Employers value interns who can work independently and not need constant supervision. My
efforts to keep the workplace peaceful and orderly have been praised by my superiors.

One of my strengths is that I can get things done and stick to a plan. My biggest strength is
that I have always done precisely what my supervisor has requested of me. However, the
ability to take direction and follow established standards and instructions is vital in the
workplace, since failure to do so may have many undesirable outcomes. This is expected in
any professional or educational setting and can only benefit in other areas of life as well. By
maintaining these norms, I've come to see the worth of a hospitable environment in which to
work and learn. Thanks to my adaptability, I've been able to take on a variety of roles, each of
which has improved my ability to follow procedures and avoid straying from the rules.

Situational analysis is another one of my strong points. This is where I really shine since it
helps me to find creative solutions to issues that crop up at work. I've always considered it a
strength of mine to be able to examine a problem from several perspectives before deciding
how best to approach it. On the other hand, if I put in the time in the office, I could figure out
how to address some of the issues plaguing the division and make an educated decision about
my future. The capacity to understand issues and weigh alternatives in quest of a suitable
solution is also essential at any level of employment.

My initiative is a strength of mine since I am self-aware. No of the task at hand, I always give
it my all and look forward to taking on something new. It's exciting to finish a project and
move on to the next one. Now that I've reached this point, I'm certain that I can tackle even
the most daunting of obstacles. Working with high levels of intrinsic drive allows me to
achieve more and take pride in my results. It inspires me to keep working hard in school and
in my job, despite the inevitable failures. To achieve my objectives and grow as a person, I
must challenge myself. It has to do with my faith in my abilities and the innovative ways I
approach achieving tough objectives.

I also do quite well in group settings. To put it simply, I find that working with people often
yields better results than working alone. The greatest benefits for me have come in the areas
of perspective and problem-solving. Through working together, individuals with varying
backgrounds and areas of expertise may gain new insights and perspectives. It's because to
this that I've been exposed to so many unique points of view. Working in teams is the norm,
thus these skills are essential. Some examples of such skills include empathy, the ability to
organize a group effectively, and dependability in a group setting. Without the proper
mindset and the readiness to offer and receive respect, it is difficult to work together.

THIS SECTION CONTAINS REVIEWS OF MY WEAKNESSES.

Although it's admirable that you want to help out whenever you can, being able to say "no" is
a crucial ability for the job. I used to complete tasks assigned to me by my boss at work,
including delivering goods or bringing goods in from another store, without delay.
During my internship I found I had lack of confidence. There were times when I quit asking
questions just because of no confidence.

Communication is one of my areas of struggle. People communicate when they share

thoughts, feelings, and facts with one another. Written and spoken language are the most
popular means of interaction. Body language, gestures, and mannerisms are all examples of
nonverbal communication. Sender, medium, and receiver are the three most important factors
in every communication. Because it is the most common way that individuals communicate
with one another, communication plays a crucial role in everyone's daily life.

Weaknesses, if they do exist, should be accepted as a natural part of human nature. The first
issue I have is communication; I become nervous when I have to talk to new individuals.
Though I didn't realize it then, I've always had trouble expressing myself. When I was
younger, I accepted whatever others told me without question.

Yet another of my shortcomings is that I can't switch between tasks without losing track of
what I'm doing. Transitioning between tasks and completing many tasks in rapid succession
is a common definition of multitasking in the workplace. This is where I tend to fall short.
When I have a lot of work to do, I tend to focus on just one of them at a time out of anxiety
about making mistakes in any of them. The more I try to do at once, the more likely it is that I
will make a mistake, the less efficient I will be at my present job, and the less productive I
will be overall.

Because of my extreme anxiety about public speaking, I have a hard time addressing large
groups of people. Public speaking has always been a challenge for me. I am nervous when I
have to speak in front of large groups of people. I can hold my own in a small group of no
more than five people, but larger audiences tend to make me nervous.

One of my weaknesses is that I am slow to complete tasks because I am so dedicated to

mastering one area. In spite of my poor working rate, I was able to complete all of the tasks.

P6 Task
THE PERFORMANCE DURING THE EXPERIENCE ON THE
JOB.

As part of my report, I will discuss the modifications I must make to my existing position. In
this post, I'll detail all the ways in which I intend to adjust my strategy in light of feedback
from my manager and my own previous mistakes. As a new intern, my first blunder was to be
too shy to approach my superiors and managers directly for fear of upsetting their busy
schedules. I was also nervous about asking "stupid" questions for fear of seeming like an
idiot. I want to improve my sense of self-worth by gaining intern experience beyond what I
already have. The second thing I did wrong was that I really harmed myself. I could have
avoided being thrown random requests to analyze data and trends if I had just spoken to my
boss about it. In doing so, I stunted my professional growth. Another slip-up on my part was
working slowly and lacking confidence in my own abilities to complete the task. Consistent
practice has the potential to improve my performance, which would be tremendously helpful
in the long term. My mind will be in a form that makes it simpler to build upon it. I can look
at my workplace more dispassionately today, and that will help me come up with better
answers to issues. I have the greatest room for improvement in my ability to multitask. On a
regular basis, my employer would assign me an overwhelming quantity of chores at once, and
I just could not do them all. To get there, I can work on my multitasking skills, but it's crucial
that I avoid distractions. In addition, doing the same job over and over again at work might
help me become better at juggling many tasks at once. When I have a good mental attitude
about what I'm doing, I tend to have better results. Maintaining a high level of reliability in
both attendance and productivity has proven to be one of my greatest talents at work. Because
being present at work every day is crucial to doing one's job well. There is more to
maintaining perfect attendance than just being healthy. This involves arriving at work on
time, staying late if needed to get things done, and being punctual for meetings. In addition, I
make it a point to understand the job description thoroughly so that I can carry out my
responsibilities accurately and on schedule. I am a hard worker who respects the time of my
superiors and peers. A person's productivity, empathy, and social abilities could all benefit
from work in these areas. One's professional and personal life may benefit greatly from one's
efforts to become more proficient in a critical field. Identifying a specific area of expertise to
pursue in-depth is a crucial first step on the road to professional growth. In this section, I will
discuss the most important areas in which I feel I need to develop professionally. I know I
have room for improvement in my ability to express myself. The major focus of my attempts
to improve my communication abilities is to adhere to normal communication patterns, which
determine each communicator's degree of personal culture. The second objective is to prevent
potentially embarrassing or insulting misunderstandings. Third, the interaction between the
two communicators should be more productive and satisfying. To successfully adjust my
behavior and hone my social abilities, I need a well-defined goal or a prototypical
circumstance to follow. With better communication skills, I believe I can do anything.
Having finished this task gives me a leg up on the competitors. This method has made me
both more effective and satisfied in my profession. As a result of setting this goal, I will be
able to assess the efficacy of my efforts so far and determine if I need to devote more time or
adopt a new approach.

To overcome this challenge, I need to excel at both my broad goal of improving my social
interactions and my narrower goal of being an experienced communicator. Especially when
I'm feeling down, I want to put in extra effort to do this by avoiding unnecessary
disagreement at work and focusing instead on strengthening my good connections with
everyone I come into contact with. I will monitor the progress of my talks with others in
order to develop deeper bonds with them.

In my professional life, my strengths in multitasking and time management will be

invaluable. I can be more productive, keep my focus, and demonstrate initiative if I set daily
objectives and work to attain them. Maintaining productivity requires a high degree of
multitasking skill, which might aid me in achieving significant goals and advancing in my
chosen industry. I need to improve my performance by better organizing and prioritizing my
activities so that I can fulfil my responsibilities and realize my goals.

Building my confidence will make me more at ease while addressing a large group. I need to
get more practice delivering presentations in front of big crowds. Maintaining a positive
mindset, understanding, and even welcoming my worries, and working to overcome them is
important for my mental health. I would want to go back in time and urge my younger self to
be more confident. I need to overcome my fear of public speaking if I'm ever going to feel
good about myself. It is my intention to confront my concerns head-on by seeking out
situations where I will be put in a position of extreme danger. This will push me to the edge
of my capabilities while also allowing me to explore new territory, both of which will help
me tackle challenges I never thought possible. The more I work on this skill, the more I'll be
able to overcome my nervousness and be really open with you. With this ability, I can
improve my communication skills and the quality of my interpersonal interactions. It may
help me grow as a person, which in turn will benefit my personal and professional
relationships. Saying something like, "I am confident, but there are specific areas where I can
advance," will help boost confidence since it shows that you believe in yourself and your
talents. That's the mental place you go to when all doubt has been banished. We are limited in
the information we can provide. I can provide my whole attention to this. Raising my self-
assurance will make me a more productive and fulfilled person, allowing me to pursue and
realize my objectives and dreams. Believe in yourself, and you will achieve your goals. An
autonomous, energized, joyful, loving, and cheerful person is the consequence of a good
dosage of self-confidence; however, a lack of self-confidence limits one's progress toward
one's objectives in life.

SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR MY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.

If I take the time now to define precisely what it is that I want to achieve, it will be much
easier for me to manage both my personal and professional growth in the years to come. I
will be able to choose the classes that will challenge me to mature as a person and provide me
the hands-on experience that is necessary for me to be successful in the profession that I have
chosen.

Establish objectives, and track both my progress and my progress toward them: The most
effective instruments for regulating my growth are regular cycles of planning, taking action,
and reviewing my progress. I am going to be very clear about the measures that I am going to
take in order to increase my performance and get through the regular frustrations that I have.

For the sake of my own advancement, if my profile is more comprehensive, it will be much
easier for me to recognise chances that are suitable for both my personal and professional
growth. When I challenge myself with more tough tasks, I will eventually be able to
transcend my anxieties and limiting beliefs. This will assist me in beginning a constructive
spiral that will bring me to the achievement of my objective.

Learning is one component of training, but there are many other aspects of training that are
important to consider. The goal of training is to recognize and capitalize on chances that are
appropriate. In addition to this, I will need to find out how to best use my improved skill set.

In closing, I would want to express my appreciation to this work placement for assisting me
in the process of defining my professional objectives. I was able to network with other
Cashier experts and learn about their experiences, thoughts, and viewpoints. This gave me the
opportunity to broaden my knowledge in the sector. I have the impression that this experience
has guided me to go in the correct way and has encouraged me to begin working toward the
professional goal I have set for myself. What I learned over that week was only the basis
upon which I will build as I continue my studies in this field; I still have a great deal more to
find out. From my vantage point, the fact that my professional approach is also practical is
the primary contributor to its success. I came up with this strategy in a very particular way,
giving priority to only a handful of the things that need to be done in order to succeed. I am
now in a difficult situation, and since I do not have any prior experience or training in this
profession, I am unable to go ahead and make meaningful progress until I have completed the
more straightforward jobs first. My career plan is stronger now as a result of the fact that I
have reviewed it with my career counsellor and made some adjustments to it. My strategy
was completed with her assistance and expertise, which enabled me to make it as precise and
efficient as was humanly possible.
