Performance Task:6
The module's ultimate goal is highly pertinent to my current situation because I'm starting
to have second thoughts about the career I really desire yet I still have options. However, I
learned from the module that it is one of the ways I can organize my career. Although
having a variety of options may make it difficult for me to decide what to do, it also gives
me access to a wider range of opportunities and chances. The main factor influencing my
decision-making is myself. If comments or recommendations are truly helpful and make me
pleased, I may consider them as options. because I feel that it is my responsibility to take
greater care of my job and future.

First, in the section titled "Competencies Important in the Workplace," I mistakenly

believed that I possessed all of it because I am gregarious and skilled at interacting with a
variety of people. However, there are still some things that I lack or find difficult to
achieve. I believe I am capable of establishing focus, nurturing, offering motivational
support, empowering others, managing change, paying attention to communication,
persuading communication, interpersonal awareness, developing collaborative
relationships, and being customer-oriented. I believe I have focus because while setting
and communicating goals with others, I tend to be more attentive to the conversation and
don't want any unimportant interruptions. The tasks I anticipate being challenging are oral
and written communication as well as persuasive communication. This is challenging in my
opinion since all actions will be taken through this three-and-one channel, and any errors
could result in a major muddle. Writing and speaking are not simple tasks because they
require awareness and knowledge to be carried out. As I read about organizational issues,
I realized that there is something I genuinely lack while working with a team or
organization. Being a more practical person than an analytical thinker, I frequently
complete tasks in a hurry. Stress management is difficult for me to manage on a personal
level as well as for my job or class, and I believe it is challenging to maintain a result-
oriented mindset due to the changes that may occur or the fact that this can occasionally
be forgotten.
With the lesson about Personality as a Requisite for Career Success, I confirmed that I
do have enough of rice to eat and a personality to improve. In order to achieve
success, it will typically take self-improvement and discipline. An example of this is
that I don't really pursue myself to accomplish the best and to be the best version of it.
I also lack self-motivation. The other is that I struggle to work under pressure or stress; I
start to get tense and sloppy with my job. Last but not least, my confidence is as small
as my hand. I don't know why, but I frequently doubt and lack confidence in myself. As
a result of this insight, I wish to make improvements or changes to make myself more
successful and success oriented.

I found it to be incredibly helpful in terms of preparing for a profession because the

two things mentioned are things that I either lack or continue to lack. Because I'm still
unsure of anything, I haven't yet made a CV that isn't tied to schoolwork and I don't
have any information about the occupations I've been thinking about getting. At this
point, I'm not really familiar with the many types of resumes. I'll try to create a resume
with the assistance or direction of the section on creating an effective and credible
resume so that it may be used if I ever have the opportunity to apply for a job at the
present. Additionally, the PowerPoint allows me to practice my responses to the job
interview questions. I enjoy exploring or attempting to respond to one or all of them
because I am currently feeling somewhat professional. Because I'll utilize it in the
future, it's wonderful that there is a guidance on what I should do, say, and even wear.
