To be honest, when I received a duty from my teacher, I always celebrated a meeting on
google meet, I believe that It's important to gather all members of the team to discuss the
homework. And finally, I create a worksheet to divide duty among every member and ensure
that everyone is not behind a schedule.
Rewrite: In this experience, I learned the importance of clear communication and
organization in ensuring the success of a project. I also developed skills in delegation and
time management, as I had to balance the workload among team members and ensure that
everything was completed on time. Overall, I believe that my leadership skills will be an asset
to any team and will allow me to effectively contribute to the success of the company.
4. How do you prioritize and manage your workload?
"As a team leader at UEH, I faced a difficult situation when a team member fell behind. I
proactively approached the issue by talking with them, offering support, and regularly checking
in. This led to the team member successfully completing their tasks and the project is a success.
This experience taught me the importance of communication and support within a team."
Particular:
"When I was studying at UEH, I was appointed as the leader of a team for one of my
class projects. One of the team members was falling behind on their tasks, which put the
entire project and our grades at risk.
I realized that the team member was struggling due to a personal issue, so I took the
time to sit down and talk with them. Together, we came up with a plan to help them
catch up and complete their tasks. I also made sure to check in regularly to see how
they were doing and offer support.
Thanks to my proactive approach, the team member was able to complete their tasks
and the project was a success. This experience taught me the importance of not just
delegating tasks, but also supporting and communicating with my team members to
ensure their success and the success of the project."
