1. Can you tell me about your previous work experience and how it relates to this position?

Oh, I just graduated from UEH university with a major in Business administration, so I don't
have much experience. But when studying at my school, I am usually appointed a leader of a
team. I also got a job as a sailor at a real estate company last year, but I think It didn't suit
me, I resigned and found a new chance

2. How do you handle difficult situations in the workplace?

well, when I face a problem, I have already kept calm down and found the optimal solution. I
can see all aspects of the problem and assess it specifically.

To be honest, when I received a duty from my teacher, I always celebrated a meeting on
google meet, I believe that It's important to gather all members of the team to discuss the
homework. And finally, I create a worksheet to divide duty among every member and ensure
that everyone is not behind a schedule.

"When it comes to prioritizing my workload, I first assess the deadlines and


importance of each task. I then create a to-do list and schedule my time accordingly,
making sure to allocate enough time for each task. I also regularly reevaluate my
priorities to ensure that I am staying on track and making progress toward my goals.
In addition, I use tools such as calendars and task lists to help me stay organized and
on top of my responsibilities."

I have two reasons why I wanna work for your company. First of all, I want to have a chance

6. Can you describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work?

"As a team leader at UEH, I faced a difficult situation when a team member fell behind. I
proactively approached the issue by talking with them, offering support, and regularly checking
in. This led to the team member successfully completing their tasks and the project is a success.
This experience taught me the importance of communication and support within a team."

"When I was studying at UEH, I was appointed as the leader of a team for one of my
class projects. One of the team members was falling behind on their tasks, which put the
entire project and our grades at risk.

I realized that the team member was struggling due to a personal issue, so I took the
time to sit down and talk with them. Together, we came up with a plan to help them
catch up and complete their tasks. I also made sure to check in regularly to see how
