    JSMU LAB & BLOOD BANK

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Muddassar Nazar and I am working in accounts department. I would like to


    lodge a formal grievance against Imtiaz, the Date Entry operator.

    I have been employed in this organization for last three years and I have been very humble
    and police with my office mates unfortunately, on 29-04-2021 at 9:34 am I went to
    reception to aware Mr. Imtiaz about the corporate balance which he has left on patients.

    Imia lose his control and started abusing me and his words were: “AGAR TO APNAI BAB
    KA BAITA HAI TO MERI SALARY KATWAI K DIKHA”. He shouted on me, he used the
    same above words four time and further he added that no one in this lab has the guts or
    temperament to take against action against him. There were many customers who were
    sitting around there was watching the scene which he has created.

    The entire staff has been affected by this atmosphere of negative and threatening behavior.
    I trust in your discretion and promptness in addressing and mediating this matter as soon
    as possible.
