Attention:

I am writing you regarding your letter dated on the 12/12/2023, asking me to submit a reconsideration
request concerning the decision you made on overpayment that never occurred. You deliberate refused
to answer my question, if by right I am not entitled to sick pay during my sick period, you denied me
answer but continue adjusting the said amount until you current figure without justification. Before
now, most of my letters and emails messages couple with many evident was my requested for
reconsideration of your decision which was wrongly made on me. I believe your office find it right and
reverse the decision and settle my account to zero (0) which indicated there is no overpayment to pay
back. I understand how highly your office stands and before any decision is made is not one person
suggestion and also such a reputable office or organization can not contradict itself with important
issued. Without consideration, you end all my entitlement even telling you then I lost my job because
you have the authority to do so and subject me to pain, I manage my circumstance till date to couple
with the situations. Please Mr Manser, I am using this opportunity to ask you to correct your records and
take this overpayment statement from my account. I do not own the authority, there is no overpayment
to pay and your actions has create fear in me and preventing me to register for universal even without
job for more than eight (8) months.

Once again please, stop this harassment and unfair treatments, and respect the decision which was
early made to settle my account to zero (0) and have nothing to pay after consideration of the evidence
before you.
