    Dear Mr.

    Ranjdar hope you are well,

    I am writing to report an issue regarding a grade I received in professional


    communication. I believe that the grade I received was unfair, and may have been the
    result of a personal conflict between me and the professor.

    I felt that the professor treated me unfairly throughout the semester and that my work
    was not being judged correctly. Despite my efforts to address my concerns with the
    professor, I did not see any improvement in the way my work was being graded.

    When I received my final grade in the course, I was surprised and disappointed to see
    that it was significantly lower than I was expecting. I believe that the grade I received
    does not accurately reflect my understanding of the course subject, and that it was
    influenced by factors outside of my control.

    I would like to request a review of my grade, and an investigation into any potential
    biases or conflicts that may have affected the grading process. I am willing to offer
    further details or proof to back up my claim.
