Factors That Have The Strongest Influence

Over Work Behaviors

Job Performance
Making sure that every employee is performing their job in the best
possible way. The employees should have a specific type of support by
managers so they can work correctly. The employees may work hard but
we will not take any profits if they work hard but not doing it in the right
way.
As a manager working in a company. I always look on the employees and
focus on the quality of their work and how mush they progress. In
another words, every employee have his own role in the place, but I look
on every employee how much I get money from this employee, how
much he give the company and how much he gets, this is the way that
all companies should deal with.
I agree hundred percent with this style regardless what type of work we
are in, because if I want to look forward and make a better company and
better performance I should take care of my labor, and take care of their
needs so I can create loyalty in the employees to my company.

Organizational citizenship
From what I can understand the organization citizenship describes the
voluntary behaviors that the employees may offer to the job zone, out of
their actual job description.
Usually these behaviors comes from the employees that hold loyalty for
the company, or employees that try to get salary raise.
Employees that are new to the job may also show high interest in the
job, the reason may be to show a good first impression or for their
actual need of the job, so they try to work in the best way they can to
assure their job.
As managers, we should deal with these people carefully and
respectfully. The behavior they show will always give satisfaction in the
work zone and they will profit their job in a great rate.
From my point of view, we should take care of these employees because
they really can be so useful to the company, and we should make sure to
make them comfortable in the work place so we can make sure to stay
in their job, and after a matter of time we should give them a better
position in the company or a raise, this is how we deal with loyal
employees like them because in the long term they will be the base of
the company.

Absenteeism
This behavior is really harmful for the company. As a manager I have
already experienced this in my work zone. The companies can cut
salaries as an immediate behavior. But actually I don’t see that this is an
effective way to avoid absenteeism. The worker should feel intimacy in
the work zone to make sure that the employees are working in an
comfortable way. This feeling can motive their desires to come to duty
and will improve their desires to keep up with the work, so it creates
loyalty to the work unconsciously.
From the employees point, this behavior will turn over them and will
harm them more that it harms the company, and it will ALWAYS give the
managers bad impressions about them.

Turnover
Turnovers can cause big effects on the company depending on the
position of the employee and how his performance is.
For example, the employees with high responsibilities in the company
may really cause a problem if they leave.
The solution from my point of view is putting a system where the
managers can distribute the tasks in a way that every task can be done
by more than one employee, its like a team work, all employees
handling the work on more than their own tasks and this system will be
set in the job description by starting the work.
This way will reduce the harm caused by leaving any employee and give
the company more chance to find the replacement of them.
