Q1) As a new HR Director, I feel this organization should improve their Employees Relationships in

various ways. Employees must find their work engaging and perform at their best if they have a solid
working relationship. Everyone must understand that they go to work to work, and that confrontations
must be avoided at all costs as they're a waste of time. Employees must feel at ease with one another
and work together to achieve a common goal. As a construction company we have employees in
different levels. Therefore, their mind set is different in every level. In the organization, absenteeism is a
major area of concern. but healthy relationship can reduce the problem of absenteeism. Individuals are
more committed to their jobs and look forward to getting to work every day. They stop taking leaves
and begin to appreciate their work. Employees stop squabbling with one another and give it their all.
Also, mutual understanding between the management and the employees are poor and consistent in
providing necessary facilities and employee engagement in work completion. If there were healthy
employee relationships, that will go a long way in motivating employees and increasing their confidence,
morale and high level of productivity. One of the issues identified by the management for the high
attrition of Engineers is professional respect remuneration and participation in management decision
making. As I feel there is no correct idea about organizational structure. For that issue we can maintain
contact with the employees on a regular basis. Keep them updated about company’s rules, procedures
and decisions. Employees that are well-informed will make wise decisions and remain motivated and
productive. Therefore, they will feel as a part of organizational family in this manner. For maintain a
healthy employee relationship we have to understand employee expectation Employees want their
supervisors to treat them fairly and equally. As a result, management must treat each employee fairly
and individually. Employee favoritism should be avoided at all costs. We must ensure that the
employees' work is not monotonous as strong management. Maintain a high level of suspense. Make it
more difficult. This can be accomplished by giving staff more duties or allowing them to participate in
training programs
