Halo, nice to meet you. Let me introudce myself. My name is misdha kuswidyasti, i'm come from
lamongan but i stay at sidoarjo now. I graduated from shipbuilding institute of polytechnic Surabaya
/ ppns-its majoring marine electrical engineering. I have experienced as warehouse admin sparepart
for 3 years. I handle sparepart stocks for poultry processing machine, from plucker stunner untill
blast freezer. Not only that, i work use SAP Module material management, i make a purchase
request, goods receipt and goods issue. everyday i checking my spareparts stock especially
consumable parts to decide which parts to buy. I manage my time for job from morning till
afternoon like this. In the morning i checking my part usage notes and then i input them on goods
issue while checking my stock inventory on program, doing input my goods receipt. After that i do
crosscheck my inventory between based actual and program, then i make a list to buy. After make a
list i sort them, i sort my list spareparts. I decide the quantity of listed part by lifetime. For example,
bearing. This bearing type A, we spend 10 bearing every weeks till one month. But suddenly on
next month, the number of bearing replacement increase. So i will ask my techncian, why the
bearing usage increasing? And then we analyze together, from capacity production, maintenance
like grease treatment. I

• What your plan on 5 years later
my focus on one till two years later is for explore my jobdesc so on three till four years later
I can take on more responsibility. I so interested for this industry especially its future
potentials. U know there is no place that don’t use electrical part. And I very interested with
electrical, because u know that electrical current is invisible but it can light on a lamp and
may devices. And I think this company is the best place for me because there is a company
value that can motivate their employee to develop themselves.

Fokus saya dalam satu sampai dua tahun ini adalah untuk mendalami bidang pekerjaan ini sehingga
3-4 tahun berikutnya saya mampu memikul tanggung jawab lebih. Saya memiliki minat besar
terhadap industry ini terutama pada potensi kedepannya. Dan menurut saya perusahaan ini tempat
yang tepat untuk mewujudkan itu karena ada nilai perusahaan yang terus memotivasi pegawai untuk
terus mengembangkan diri

adaptable and easy going is one of my strength. I can fit in easily with new circle so I can
used that network for helping me on my job.
sifat adaptasi yang cepat merupakan salah satu kelebihan saya. Saya dengan mudah fit in
dengan lingkungan sehingga saya dapat memaksimalkan jaringan secara professional

one of my biggest weakness is that I easy to forget the details, so I have to write all the
details on my stickey notes or my phone on my desk calendar, if necessary I write all my
task on my group whats app that the member is only me, so when I open my whatsapp I can
read my unfinished tasks.

• why interest to this company?

I wanna join your company because my educational background and my experienced related

 The career on this field has been my passion for a long time, and I will give my best if I get

I understand that inventory management skill and life time of part analyse is important for
this job and I have experienced and that skill, because my previous job as warehouse
sparepart admin needed that skill so I can help my company for minimize the expense of
used parts.
During my experienced as warehouse admin I was faced with sudden demand of part that
really urgent so I’ll do my best to bring the part as soon as possible with help the operations
buyers communicate with the third supplier, sometimes I communicate with the supplier
directly so I can talk about the materials and quantity and let the operations buyer dealing
with the price and process the Purchase Orders

I think I have the competence or skill that fit to the requirement position.

Saya paham bahwa kemampuan untuk manajemen inventory dan analisa lifetime part sangat
dibutuhkan dalam posisi ini dan Saya memiliki skill yang dibutuhkan terutama dalam hal
analisa lifetime parts, sap, administrator sehingga saya cocok untuk mengisi posisi tersebut
Selama bekerja ketika saya dihadapkan dengan kebutuhan mendadak spareparts ugent maka
saya akan bekerja semaksimal mungkin untuk mendatangkan barang tersebut secepat
mungkin, dengan usaha meminta approval dengan lebih cepat dan membantu purchasing
untuk berkomunikasi dengan vendor pihak ketiga. dan saya memiliki kompetensi yang
sehingga saya merupakan kandidat yang tepat untuk posisi ini.

First of all I will explore and study about my jobdesc and how my team is working. And then I will
work by myself without the other helps so I hope I can start a new ideas for the process

Pertama tama saya akan mempelajari dan mencoba mendalami cara kerja saya, jobdesc cara kerja
team proses bisnis/produksi lebih dalam, lalu saya bisa mengerjakan jobdesc saya secara mandiri
sehingga harapannya saya mampu memulai inisiatif baru dalam proses bisnis.

I have a principle that I have to do my best for all my job so I have no regret later. And I’m an
optimist and excited for find a solve the problem. And I am someone who like challenges.

Saya memiliki prinsip bahwa saya harus selalu melakukan yang terbaik untuk semua pekerjaan
yang saya lakukan agar saya tidak memiliki penyesalan di belakang. Lalu saya merupakan orang
yang optimis dan gigih untuk menemukan solusi untuk sebuah masalah dan saya orang yang mudah
terpancing oleh tantangan. Ketika saya kuliah, saya pernah ada sesi kuliah jam terakhi di sore hari
lalu saya ditunjuk untuk presentasi bab baru untuk dihari berikutnya pada jam pertama, saya sangat
berusaha untuk benar” memahami hal yang akan saya presentasikan, saya menjelajah internet
bertanya kepada senior untuk penjelasan, semua usaha saya lakukan, sehingga saya dapat
melakukan presentasi dengan baik dan memuaskan di keesokan harinya. Karena saya yakin waktu
itu dosen saya percaya kalua saya akan mampu untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan, dan saya
tidak mau mengecewakan kepercayaan itu.

i am proficient in using SAP material management. i usually make a PR, PR asset,

services, GR, reservation, GI, SES, Transfer stock
