1. 10 T/m2 SBC to be considered as per tender.

2. Stair width, riser, tread, landing dimensions to be shown in the drg.

3. Size Beam TB1 in bottom slab is considered 350 x 1000 mm in design, while in the drg. it
is provided 300 x 600mm.
4. Entry restriction cabin wall load to be applied.
5. In section 8-8 of beam B6, B7, B8, bottom mid curtail bars to be shown.
6. Extra vertical steel in inner face of wall to be anchored in beam.
7. Horizontal steel in wall provided in design report at 0.7 H is 12T@120c/c, while it is not
provided in drg. up to 0.7 H, also at bottom it is provided 10T@200c/c, while as per
report it is 12T@200c/c. Also as per min.steel req. top horizontal steel is not sufficient.
8. Check design of bottom slab. water load may not have been given. Also req. steel area
and provided steel area to be checked and accordingly provide in the drg.
9. As per summary of plate stress in staad, shear stress to be checked in raft foundation.
10. Bottom slab thickness is shown 200mm & 230mm in the drg.
11. Description in first page of design report is to be corrected.
