A... the three areas on the organisations in which the decisions are made, strategic
planning, managerial and operational controlling based on the technology,
• Strategic planning depend on the past day sale of the restaurants, top
management compares the sales with the food costs and then make the
decisions. Management gets the clear statements or reports through the system
about uses or wastage. It makes him easy to made the decisions..
• In this area of managerial control decisions to be made on the bases of demands
in the restaurants.. it makes them to know about the preferences of customers and
help their planning menu or service.. it help the management easy to made
decisions and make their customers happy..
• In the 3rd area of operational control, decisions to be made through an adequate
technology.. the control in the operational level to be easy from time to delivery to
the restaurants and services. It makes the staff to have a better control and the
coordination...
• it requires the various types of information, such as customers details , inventory
control, have the knowledge of the information system to the waiters of the
restaurants, price of goods in the market, customer’s feedback, customer’s
preference and so on which are required to make the such decisions..
B. Todays MIS gives the more capacity and satisfaction to the organisation
rather than just doing transactions process,
The decisions support system would make the complete MIS. The new ways
thinking about the problems, their decisions , interpersonal communication within
the organisations, decisions for enhances the customer services by knowing about
their taste and preferences, in the inventory and helping in all the new ways
automatically in the managerial process would make the system the complete
MIS...

C.. Making the system more formal refers to make system using unfriendly and
very difficult to understand by everyone..
To make the system formal, the organisations can share the information within
different functional areas more efficiently, But also it is very hard to learn or
understand the new software, when management proposed these type of system,
it may lead the conflicts and clashes within the organisations, and also leads the
poor performance of the company....

A. Decision support system is a kind of computerised system, which support the
decisions system of the enterprises..
The Vanguard’s DSS has the abilities of doing predictions by the modelling and
simulations which help out the companies for their effective decisions making. It is
used at all the levels within the organisation’s different areas and their problems..
DSS support all the phases of the decisions making.. it provides specific
capabilities that support the one or the more than one tasks which are related with
the decisions making, including , data, analysis, identification, and the decisions
implementations...

B. The Decisions support system should support the data integration, because it
has to transmitted the integrated data from one source to another source for the
purpose of provide the beneficial information for the decision makers.. the
software brings the data from the different businesses areas and presents it at the
only one platform in the form of mathematical, analytically, techniques ..
The DSS should support the data integration so that, it can help to make the sense
for the decision makers..
data integration is useful for the decision makers to make the business decisions
better , it is very essential that the data is integrated from the different areas so
that it can generate valuable and usable information which help to solve the
problems and in taking decisions

C. A DSS software is a computer application which has the ability to helps in

decisions for the management, it provides decisions but not take decisions itself
. It requires decisions about everything which a manager has need,
But on the other hand , An Expert system has some knowledge base which gives
the ideas about the wrong things, that should be or not should be.. the ES suggests
the things. It gives the solutions about the everything, which proof beneficial for
management in decisions making.

of problems related, which makes the managers clear for decisions making..

D. The DSS serves the all management levels of the organisations and helps the
management in all functions.. Organisations use this software for the decision
analysis , DSS increases the quality of routine decisions by combining the
business modelling capabilities..
The software has the more analytical power than the other systems. It requires
variety of models to analysis the data..
At the marketing level, it enables the managers to combine the internal and
external information within the decisions making ..
In this it improves the personal efficiency of the marketing team, facilitate their
communication.. gives the Answer the question like the customer delivery
schedule, what should serve, at what rate which maximizes the profile..
At the level of HR, DSS is also user friendly toil which improves the communication
and the collaboration, increase the productivity.. it supports the quality of work ..
