DIVORCE DEED/ TALAQNAMA

WHEREAS A MARRIAGE CONTRACT was entered into on the 22-10-

2007 between me, namely Ghulam Abbas son of Haji Achar Buriro, R/o: Village Haji
Ghazi Buriro, Deh 19 Jalalani, U.C, Pir Zakri, Taluka Sakrand, District Shaheed
Benazir Abad, of the one part, and Mst. Shazia D/O Muhammad Hassan, Solangi,
R/o: New Sakrand Colony, Presently near Railway Station Sakrand, District
Shaheed Benazir Abad, of the other part.

AND Whereas the parties, in first instance lived amicably, but later on,
differences cropped up and there were constant quarrels and unhappy alterations
which gave rise to bad blood between the parties and in spite of repeated efforts of
the parties’ relations to bring about a settlement the affairs of the parties went from
bad to worse and could not be right; and no alternative having been left with me but
to divorce the other party;

NOW this deed witnesses that, I, the said Ghulam Abbas, do hereby Divorce
you Mst. Shazia, Divorce you Mst. Shazia, Divorce you Mst. Shazia, by pronouncing
talaq and severing all the connections of husband and wife with you for ever and
for good.

THENCEFORTH you Mst. Shazi a stands under no obligations to me as wife,

and after the expiration of the period of Iddat, it shall be lawful for her to contract
marriage with whomsoever she may choose to do.

So for dower (Mehr) mentioned in Nikha Nama Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only)
which was paid at first day of marriage.
In witnesses whereof, I, said Muhammad Waseem, do hereby set my hands
to this deed of divorce this 17th day of February 2012.

the parties went from bad to worse and could not be right; and no alternative
having been left with me but to divorce the other party;

hereby Divorce you Mst. Ufaq Naz, Divorce you Mst. Ufaq Naz, Divorce you
Mst. Ufaq Naz by pronouncing talaq and severing all the connections of
husband and wife with you for ever and for good.

THENCEFORTH you Mst. Ufaq Naz stands under no obligations to me

as wife, and after the expiration of the period of Iddat, it shall be lawful for her
to contract marriage with whomsoever she may choose to do.

So for dower (Mehr) mentioned in Nikha Nama is concerned, I hereby

send a Cheque bearing No. --------------------, dated ------------------, from Account
No. --------------------, drawn on ---------------------, for the amount of Rs.20,000/- in
the name of you Mst. Ufaq Naz, which is attached with this divorce deed to be
enchased.

wife, and after the expiration of the period of Iddat, it shall be lawful for you to

divorce deed to be enchased.

no claim against Naveed Ahemd, Arain, in respect of her
