INGREDIENTS
• Muah Chee
1. 120 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
2. 180 grams Water
3. 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
4. 100 grams Peanut
5. 40 grams Sugar
6. 1000 grams Water

COOKING METHOD

Step 1
Crush peanut and sugar MC/5 sec/Speed 8
Pour the peanut & sugar mix into another bowl, set aside.

Step 2
Mix the glutinous rice flour, water & olive oil in a bowl stir to combine. MC/1 min/Sp 6
The outcome is a sticky white paste, pour sticky paste into a flat dish and use varoma upper
level tray, add in 1000 grams water to steam for 15 min/Varoma/Speed 2
Cut the sticky paste into a small cubes and coat them well with the mix.

Crush peanut and sugar MC/3 sec/Speed 8


Pour the peanut & sugar mix into another bowl. Cut the sticky paste into a small cubes and
coat them well with the mix.
