Terms and Conditions: -

1) Quotation Validity: 30 Days
2) Delivery: within 15 to 25 days from the date of P.O. and Advance
3) One year warranty.
The system will be warranted against all manufacturing Defects and faulty workmanship for twelve
months from the Date of Invoice. However, any accidental damage is excluded from the warranty.
4) Annual maintenance charge will be 15%.
5) Sales Tax will be applicable extra.
6) Installation Charges will be applicable extra as below -


Accommodation& Food – CUSTOMER has to provide accommodation for Aditech Infotech Installation
team at the time of Installation.

Travelling Charges (out of Gujarat Installation) - CUSTOMER has to pay all travelling charges (as per
actual) regarding the installation.

7) Payment which should be made in name of “Aditech Infotech Pvt Ltd “.
8) Option for Payment:
 
 100% advance payment on order with PO

9) Packing and Forwarding: 2% of total order value.

10) Freight charges as per actual.
11) Road Permit: to be provided, if required.
