You have made a good decision. By the time you have
worked through all of the sections of this book, you will
understand more about the unhelpful thinking and
self-defeating behaviour that can lead us down the path of
thinking negatively about ourselves. You will discover the
confidence to live the life you want and achieve the goals
you hope for. You will tackle your PFF. With hard work
and practice you will become more accepting of yourself
and less dependent upon having to raise your self-esteem
to feel good in the first place. You will also learn about the
field of positive psychology.
