WRITTEN INTERVIEW

We are a company that actives on the financial market (crypto, financial instruments, etc)
and the main activity of our agents is to call a worldwide database of clients and to register them
on one of our platforms.

During the conversation with the client, the agent has to find out some info about that
client (ex : age, occupation, if he is an active trader at the moment or not, if not- what made him
take this decision) . We are generally referring at it as a “short historic of the client”.

Being a job in the sales area, we have to mention that there is no fixed salary, this job
being formed of just the commissions based on your performance. (more details on the last part
of the questionnaire).

At the end of the questionnaire that you will find as it follows, after you answer all of the
questions, you can ask/comment/make observations regarding anything that concerns you.

As we mentioned on the first part of the written interview, the commissions are as it follows:

a) If you have 44 registrations – you get paid 10$/registration

b) If you have between 45-99 registrations – you get paid 15$/registration
c) If you have more than 100 registrations- you get paid 20$/registration
