Become a Rapid Developer Exam – FAQs

How many questions & from which category/section will be there?


There are in total 50 questions, 5 for each module (Modules 1-10).

What is the exam duration & can the exam be paused and started again?
There is no specific time limit for the exam. You can take as much time as you need. Most people usually take
around 1 hour to complete the exam.

What will the exam pattern be (i.e. multiple choice / descriptive)?


All of the questions are multiple choice questions. There is a part of the theory, or something that you ’ve
encountered in one of the assignments, and you need to select the correct answer.

Is there any negative marking?


There is no negative marking. You need to achieve 75% on total, and 60% on each category.

How many attempts are allowed for a person per enrolment?


You are only allowed one attempt per person. In case you don’t succeed then you need to purchase a new
exam.

Is only studying the "Become a Rapid Developer 2018" online course enough for certification? Or I
have to study other materials?
It is enough to follow the Become a Rapid Developer 2018 (Developer) online course. Keep in mind that you
also need to follow the assignments described in the learning path (build the LearnNow app) so that you gain
some practical experience.

Can you please provide some sample questions to get an idea of the exam & its difficulty?
Here is a sample question:
Before you can set validation rules, you first need to create:
• Pages
• Entities
• Objects
• Microflows
You can also have a look at the knowledge checks provided at the end of each module. The level of the exam
questions is slightly higher than the questions on the knowledge checks. However, if you achieve a score of
80% at the knowledge checks, that’s a nice indication for the exam!
