As shown in Table 4.11 out of 300 respondents, 114 or 38% did remedial tuition, 28 or 9.33% used
varied methodology, 32 or 10.67% gave encouragements, and 126 or 42% sought advice from
guidance counselors. It turns out that among the four (4) responses, seeking guidance and
counselling was the most preferred intervention used by the teachers in dealing students’ learning
difficulties.
