• List the ingredients
• Place a layer of cookies in the molds or in the container. • Squeeze the lemons • Hydrate the gelatin with a little water and mix until it is well integrated • Place the gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds so that the mixture is well liquid. • In a blender we have the cream and condensed milk. • During the shake, add the lemon juice and the hydrated gelatin little by little. • Put a little of the previous mixture in the cookie molds. Repeat this process as many times as necessary. • Refrigerate at least 2 hours. • After taking it out of the refrigerator, decorate with lemon zest
