Development Authority (TESDA) National Certificate
(NC) if available (mandatory for TVL applicants)
j. Certified photocopy of Trainers Methodology Certificate
(TMC) if available (for TVL teacher applicants)
k. Certified photocopy of Certificates of
Proficiency/Recognition from recognized and reputable
relevant associations/organizations/guilds (for Arts and
design and Sports Track applicants)
l. Written approval from his/her head of unit he/she is
currently employed by the national government or the
local government unit.
