Create a prototype bungalow house applying the different principles of natural

ventilation based on the module provided. The following shall be your guide in
designing:
• The basic site analysis, position/size of the windows, the wind pattern and the location
of trees and bushes shall be the main considerations in planning
• The building footprint must be 5 x 8 or 8 x 5. No other dimensions allowed.
• You may recess or protrude a wall but the max distance from the base wall must be .5m
only and should not exceed the building footprint dimensions that were given.
• The frontage of the building must face the west direction
• The size of the lot will be the result of your building footprint + the standard setbacks for
R-1
• No need to provide parking space
• Use a4 Bond paper, the scale of the drawing shall be discussed on our messenger
group chat
