Some one think it is better to ride a bicycle than to drive a car.
In my view, I think it is better to ride a bicycle than to drive a car.
First, bike commuting helps society in a number of ways. It’s less wear and tear on the public roads,
less pollution in the air, less traffic and congestion for other cars, allows more parking spots, and is
less noisy through neighborhoods.
Second, parking a bike is vastly easier than parking a car. Some workplaces let you bring your bike
in. Failing that, typically there’s a bike rack or a nearby sign post or even tree that you can lock
your bike to.
Last but not least, by now, we know cycling is good for your heart, lungs, muscles, joints, immune
system, brain and almost any other part of your body you’d care to think of. If you want to get all
marginal gains-y, the cumulative effect of all these little bits of goodness is that a regular cyclist can
be almost a decade ‘biologically younger’ than their non-cycling equivalent, who’ll spend around
4.3 years sitting in the car. We’ve located the fountain of youth and it’s pedal-powered.
All in all,

In my opinion, I agreed with the following statement “Friends should never start a business
together”. Because of some reason.
Frist, the role of busness is difficult to be clearly, if the roles of each other are unclear, problems
will not be solved when problems arise. Decision marker will greatly influence business.
Second, you will find it difficult to assess the ability to work of friend. It will be difficult for you to
make a straightforward assessment of your partner's faults, which will not be fixed and affect the
business.
Finally, when a business fails, the friendly is broken.

When we’re launching a new business, we naturally turn to our friends. They’re the people we trust
for sharing information and covering our backs. By recent estimates, 40% of founding teams
include people who were friends socially before building their startups. But according to new
research, starting a company with your friends is a risky endeavor.
You have to make tough decisions in business that may or may not be good for your friend (or
he/she may make decisions that aren’t good for you) and you have to be able to make those
decisions based on what’s best for the business regardless of if it’s in the best interest of your
friend. You need to be able to make those decisions objectively and you probably don’t want to lose
a friend if you make the better business decision and not the decision in your friends best interest.
Businesses also fail. Bad shit can happen and it’s easy to destroy a friendship when that happens, so
you end up losing your business and your friend.
Situations can quickly get awkward and uncomfortable. Friends go to friends for support. There’s
nothing wrong about that, but when one partner frequently slacks off and thinks the other will
consistently pick up the slack, the costs will be incurred by the business. Endorsing unproven or
incompetent friends to be part of your business will all but guarantee failure.
Unless roles are very clearly defined, a 50-50 business partnership carries the risk of leadership
ambiguity. This can quickly trigger power struggles, affecting all aspects of the business including
differing opinions on the company’s vision, strategy, and daily operations.
Your social networks overlap. Because long-time friends generally share the same set of
acquaintances, you start off with a more limited network, market, and support structure for your
business than if your co-founder had been chosen based on expanding your business opportunities.

Nowadays, the question of whether job satisfaction is more important than a salary has been
receving a great deal of public attention. Although a high salary is not without advantages but job
satisfaction should be more considered.
there are many reasons why some find that job satisfaction is more important than a high salary.
Firstly, since people choose their passionate job, they can enjoy and do not feel stressful when
working, which commit a higher quality work. example, if people choose a job with a high salary
instead of their favorite job, they cannot their interests in that job, which lowers the quality of work.
Secondly, by working a job that they are satisfied, people can find reasons to move forward and
reach a goal in work for themselves. this means that they are careless about the money and focus on
their job, which offers them a successful career.
Finally, working with a high salary will require high intensity work and great pressure. When
working in such an environment, you will easily get tired and bored.
Conclusively, I believe that job satisfaction is certainly more important than the money earned. If
people love their job automatically they get better opportunities and growth in their careers.

Having a satisfied job is considered more significant than its security. While some claim that
securing a permanent profession and life long financial status is of utmost importance. In my
opinion, I think that job contentment and sense of satisfaction play a key role in healthy and
productive life.
On the one hand, it is undeniable that having a job which assures lifetime flow of money and sense
of security offers a peaceful and stress free life. People with permanent jobs do not have to worry
about financial issues as they can secure their present and future. For example, permanent
employees can recieve bank loans for doing huge investments and able to invest money to earn
more. In addition, people who are away from the tension of searching fixed job and saving money,
can easily concentrate on other aspects of life such as they can follow their passion. Some people
love to enjoy their hobbies of music, sports or travel around the world. Therefore, while doing
permanent job, people can enjoy their life and remain financially secured and satisfied.
On the other hand, in each profession, job satisfaction and fulfillment is more crucial than just
earning money and I agree. Firstly, satisfied job may often result a healthy mind in a healthy body.
In other words, having pleasurable job may definitely leads to health benefits. As employees are
happily doing their jobs with full commitment and enjoyment, may have less health problems such
as heart diseases. As a result, they certainly have sound health and healthy life. Secondly, happy and
content people may be more creative and innovative in ideas that really add in organization’sgrowth
and productivity. Moreover, satisfied employees may also concentrate on their personal
commitments and maintain better work life balance.
