Steps to recruit Franchise Partners:

1. The Franchise Sales Executive must lookout for women in their locality and fill the Franchise
Partner Survey Form on behalf of them. They should interact with the women (potential
Franchise Partners) and try to understand their thoughts on the business model. Please select the

2. Qualities that a Franchise Partner must possess:


i) She must have access to a laptop and an internet connection.
ii) She must be social and should have an outgoing personality.
iii) She should be willing and interested in helping people purchase from our website.
iv) She should be warm and patient with customers.
v) She must be capable of managing the entire hassle of a Franchise Partner.

3. Based on the response of the women and the above criteria, the Franchise Sales Executives must
consider if the women can be our Franchise Partners. He/she must try and convince her then. If
the person being surveyed seems interested, he/she must fill the second form on behalf of the
woman i.e., Franchise Partner Checklist Form. This form checks the basic requirements needed

4. If the woman confirms to join us as a Franchise Partner, then we ask them (help them) to fill the
Franchise Partner Onboarding Form which has all the details of the Franchise Partner like KYC,

5. After the recruitment of the Franchise Partner is complete, the Franchise Partner must be
onboarded and trained on how to shop via https://www.hundredplus.in/ and convince women in
her locality to buy products via HundredPlus.
