PICKLED CABBAGE

1 can pickled cabbage/ sauerkraut


1 inch ginger, slice thinly
1 pc green pepper, slice thinly
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc carrot, cut into circle or flower shape
100 grams raisins
1 cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak sauerkraut in a mixture of salt and water for 10 minutes. Rinse


and squeeze dry. Set a side

Mix vinegar, sugar, water, and simmer for pew minutes and add all
ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
