 Free Trial Period : One Month from the Date of Activation

 The above plan shall not be available on FTTH.

 Customer premise equipment (CPE)/Modem shall be customer owned.
 After expiry of promotional period, existing customers under above plan shall be migrated to
regular Broadband plans (choice of regular broadband plan should be given by the customers at
the time of CAF filling for migration after completion of one month).
 Customers who have not opted any regular broadband plan for migration after one month at the
time CAF filling, they will be migrated to regular Broadband plan ‘ 2GB BSNL CUL’
automatically on completion of one month from the date of activation.
 If the customer may fail to submit their requests for withdrawal of above plan before expire date,
he/she shall be charged as per broadband plan ‘2 GB BSNL CUL’ and facilities shall be allowed as
per this plan.
