Subject : Request for easy mobility of Robot makers amidst Lock

Dear Sir,

Robotics Association of Nepal[RAN] has been working together with the Ministry of Education, Science
and Technology[MOEST], Nepal Government to develop Food carrying Robot, Carrier robot, Swab
Collection Robot. Er.Bikash Gurung, President of RAN is a team member of ICT and Tech Intervention
team amidst COVID19 formed by MOEST, Nepal Government.

The Robot making team is led by Mr. Anil Singh from team Robonauts, with Prithvi Chaudhary, Ritik
Jaisi, Pankaj Japrel, Nayan Pokharel, Manav Khadka, Prabesh Chand, Niraj Pradhan, Shishir Subedi,
Saksham Pokharel, Swagat Bhandari, Roshan Chansi, Jagat Prasad Nakarmi. All the team members have
access to our office in order to make Robots. The robot will be used in hospitals like Teku and other
Corona testing institutions. The robot is being developed in RAN’s office Ekantakuna and Shyam
Mechanical Workshop, Bagbazar. Please allow the owner of workshop to operate the workshop.
