About I-Robotricks Workshop: The National Workshop on I - Robotricks, is being organized by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering & Information Technology, Abha Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering, in association with TRYST2012, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi & RoboOpus-2012 National Robotics Championship which is A Hunt for Indias Super RoboGenius on Tuesday the 28th February 2012, at 11.00 a.m. The Workshop will be held in the college premises.

RoboOpus-2012 is a 3 Stage Event sponsored & funded by Indias biggest robotics education company, Robosapiens Technologies Pvt Ltd. in which Stage 1 consists of I-Robotricks Workshop. The objective of the Workshop is to provide the students basic knowledge on Robotics and Embedded Systems by showing them Live Robotics Projects. The Workshop, which is the first phase under RobOpus-2012, aims to bring students from all over the country together to participate in the celebration of knowledge and creative extravagance along with experts from the fields of academic as well as industry. ABHA GAIKWAD-PATIL College of Engineering, Nagpur is the Zonal Center for the I-Robotics Workshop in Vidarbha Region under RoboOpus-2012. Nearly 150 Engineering & Polytechnic colleges have been invited from across the country to participate in the Workshop. Assistance for boarding and lodging will be extended for outstation participants. Eminent Speakers from IIT, Delhi and RoboSapiens Technologies will conduct the Workshop. Dr. Ankush Mankar, Principal will be the Chairman for the Event. About RoboOpus-2012 :
RoboOpus-2012 is A Hunt for Indias Super RoboGenius and Workshop series Jointed by Tryst-2012 IIT-Delhi and Robosapiens Technologies Pvt Ltd. This is a 3 Stage Event as detailed below: Stage 1 (WORKSHOP ROUND to be held at the Zonal Center): 1. Robotics workshop will be held at 50 Zonal centers all across India. The details of the Zonal centers and Workshop contents will be available on the website. 2. All the participants who want to participate in RoboOpus-2012 are required to attend the workshops at any Zonal Center. 3. The workshop fee is included in the Registration Charges. 4. During the workshop 'Robotic Kits' will be supplied by Sponsors of this event to a Group of 4-5 Participant at free of Cost. 5. The Duration of the Robotics Workshop will be of 2 Days (7-8 hr each day). 6. The Workshop will be delivered by Robosapiens Technologies Pvt Ltd. Stage 2 (ZONAL ROUND to be held at zonal center): 1. Just after the workshop a Mega Competition (Prelims Rounds) of RoboOpus-2012 will be held. 2. Winners will be awarded Certificate of Merit, and are required to participate in Final Rounds which will be held on 2nd -5th March at IIT-Delhi. Stage 3 (FINAL ROUND to be held at IIT-Delhi): 1. Winners of 50 Zonal Centers are required to participate in the Final Round of RoboOpus-2012 on 2nd -5th March at IITDelhi. 2. Winner of this Final Round will win The RoboOpus-2012 Championship and will be awarded and honored by Tryst-2012 IIT-Delhi. 3. A Certificate of Excellence will also be awarded to the Winning Team.

Registration Charges(by Cash):

1. Registration Charges Rs. 1550 only. 2. The fee includes workshop training, certification, and Event registration and a free Robotics Kit to each team of 4-5 members.

Registration through Demand Drafts (DD): Students from Institutes affiliated to various Universities and recognized by AICTE and Industrial Professionals across the country can participate with a registration amount of Rs 1550/- in the form of a demand draft in favour of Principal, AGPCE, Nagpur, payable at Nagpur. Certification Policy :
