ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
Sri Sairam Engineering College, Chennai, established in the year 1995 by MJF Ln Leo
Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is a non-profitable, and non-minority
Institution. A well defined vision to provide world-class Engineering education and a
highly committed mission to achieve, sustain and foster unmatched excellence in technical
education with dedicated leadership facilitate Sri Sairam Engineering College to be in the
best Educational Institutions in the country. Since its inception, our Institution has grown
into a vast conglomerate of magnificent buildings, state-of-the art and sophisticated
laboratories, internet centers, modern library and a superlative sports complex, each a
landmark in itself across 300 acres. The College is an AUTONOMOUS institution affiliated
to Anna University and is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education,
New Delhi. Our students are motivated to be technologically superior and ethically strong,
who in turn shall contribute to the advancement of society and humankind to build a
better nation through quality education with team spirit. Sri Sairam Engineering College is
an ISO 9001: 2015 Certified Institution and all the NBA eligible disciplines of Engineering
and Management have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. The
Institution has also been accredited by the NAAC with an “A+” grade for a period of 5 years.
The College has an active IEEE student branch (SB) which is closely associated with IEEE
Madras section in all spheres of student activities through the 25 Society chapters and
each Department is associated with minimum one IEEE Society to enhance professional
and technical skill sets of faculty and student members.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was started in 1995. The
Department is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. Well experienced and
dynamic faculty impart knowledge and skills to inculcate the professional responsibilities
to play leadership roles along their diverse career paths and develop capability to utilize
innovative and creative Engineering skills in industry. The dedication of our faculty and
the keen interest exhibited by our students has produced a commendable academic record
with university ranks every year. The Department inculcates R & D acumen among the
faculty and students. They are encouraged to implement their innovative ideas for the
benefit of the society. The Department received over Rs. 1 crore funding from organizations
such as AICTE, DST, CSIR IGCAR and DRDO for research projects and to organize technical
events. The Department has 7 Societies such as Communication society, Photonics Society,
Signal Processing Society, Microwave Theory & Techniques, Engineering in Medicine &
Biology, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation & Measurements Society and
Nanotechnology Council to enrich the students technical skill sets.
CONFERENCE THEME
There is an immense need to bridge the gap between academia and
industries that helps in overall development of the society. IC3IoT-
2024 is envisioned to provide a technical forum and research
discussion related to Innovations in Engineering and Technologies in
the broad fields of Communication, Computing and IoT Technologies.
The need for linking science and technology to the growth of India
shall be intensified and improved by conferences of this kind.
Broadband and Wireless Communication have brought massive
changes to the world and continue to provide an array of new
challenges, multi-domain applications and solutions such as IoT. The

AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS
1. General Information
The original unpublished Technical Papers, Articles and Working
Papers having maximum length 6 pages on the topics related to the
theme of the conference are invited for presentation/publication in
the conference proceedings
1. Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per Template (not
exceeding 6 pages) single-spaced double-column pages using 10-
point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style),
including authors' affiliations, figures, tables, and references.
Additional pages per paper above the 6 pages limit will be charged.

3. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by the
team of peer reviewers based on originality, relevance to the
conference theme, technical strength, significance, quality of results,
and organization and clarity of presentation of the paper.
2. Plagiarism Policy
1. The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism
from licensed plagiarism softwares like Turnitin/ithenticate etc.
2. The similarity content should not exceed 20% (in any case either
self contents or others).
3. Further, you have to strictly implement the following ethical
 guidelines for publication:
a. Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others'
work(s) should not be there in the article.
b. If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive
comment by any previously published work is used in your
article, you should properly cite a reference to the original
work.
c. If you are using any copyrighted material, you should
acquire prior permission from the copyright holder.

PUBLICATIONS
The accepted and presented papers of IC3IoT- 2024 will be
forwarded for possible inclusion in the IEEE Digital Xplore after review
