Processor of produce material in standard

formulations:-
We use the basic standard formulation for the produce the product. That
formulation is very help full for making the product. In this formulation mention which
material use and what the quantity of the raw material this quantity had some specific
percentage. In this formulation every element are have separate impact that’s why is very
important .
Pre-Mixing

Raw material mixing:- 1) Resin

2) Additives

3) Extender

4) Pigment.

❖ This process is to be continue of certain quantity.

❖ Extruding by melting pre mixing material.
❖ Granivels grinding by the particles after dry blending
with addictives and testing process then completing in packing.

There are two line (machinery ) are working

Line 1
Capacity for 150 kg per hour. In this line we used only for colors and development of new
product . just because this line we be cleaning is more faster. The cleaning is the main part
of the machinery because every product use the various raw material that’s why small line
clean easily and most important they use minimum time.
Power consumption- i) Pre-mixing- 10 Hp, ii) Extruder – 20 Hp, iii) Grinding mile-
20 Hp . iv) Dry –blending- 5 Hp.

Line 2
Capacity for 350 kg per hour. This line used for large quantity. For example 2 and 4 tones.
Mostly this line used for black color and white color. This line cleaning timing is so far
maximum 4 or 5 hours.

Power Consumption- i) Pre-mixing- 20 Hp, ii) Extruder- 40Hp, iii) Grinding mile-
30Hp. iv)Other (Water Pump)-5 Hp.

Our stock capacity

In Finish Goods- 5 to 10 MT
Raw material- 10 to 15 MT

And other activities.

Product Testing Methods :-

1st step we check gloss level of that product if there is glossy product

2nd step Thickness

3rd Cross hatch test

4th Bending test

5th Pencil harness

6thCupping test

7th Impact test.

These are the steps of product testing.

We use Epoxy resin, Hybrid resin, Pure polyester resin these all types of resin we
used. Every one resin had special effect or epact of all over the product for example satin,
matt, glossy etc. Every product want specific resin that why we stock all over the resin.

Applications:-

Pure Epoxy Powders for indoor application, away from direct sunlight, where chemical
resistance is required.

Epoxy Polyester for general purpose coating, where limited amount for eposure to
sunlight
is experienced.

Pure Polyester Powders for outdoor use, where considerable amount of sunlight is
present.
Colour Properties:-
 We can match all colors as per RAL (RAL -840-HR, & RAL - 841-GL) PANTONE, & IS
Standared (IS 5:1994) Shades.
Customized Colour and finishes can be offered.

All Our Products are manufactured using premium quality, proven raw
materials at our manufacturing plant and then pass through stringent quality norms
