SOME CHALLENGES
• I face sometimes shortage of people, and sometimes I do not
know what so many people are doing in my company.
• Getting good people is so difficult.
• I recruit people with lot of hope that they will do very well. But
some of them do not meet the expectations.
• People are never happy with their income. They are always
cribbing.
• How do we really motivate the people?
• If you are a professional you need to take responsibility of
keeping yourself up-to-date.
• Why do we have to be always after each one to complete their
task?
• People leave the job mid way through the project. How I wish I
could stop them from leaving.
• I have nobody who can really take my place when I move up /
leave / retire.
• These government people are always on our neck.
