AFFIDAVIT OF BUYER/TRANSFEREE

That I, BEVERLY S. CO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with
residence address Escandor Bldg., cor. Juan Luna and Damaso Suazo St.,
Davao City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1. The total aggregate handholding I own inclusive of the area of SEVEN

THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THREE (7, 603) square meters, more or less,
which I am acquiring from REY S. OTE under Doc. No.101; Page No. 21;
Book No. 96; Series of 2015 of Notary Public Atty. Gershon A.
Patalinghug dated November 19, 2015 does not exceed five hectares;

2. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR

Administrative Order No.1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that
the my total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the
above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five(5) hectares.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
